A number of notable happenings this week, and all will be listed below. Got a new fict-type comp going on...more stuff. Yeah. I'm tired. So on with the report.

-===Wing News===-
* First off, congrats to CPT Fritz Von Stukart who takes over as Typhoon CMDR! Second, LT Ranj'e Lilos moves from 'Phoon 1-2 to the FL position (2-1). Huzzah!
* New Wing-wide comp. See below for the juicy details
* The one week flying comp is over. Grats to Stuart. Medal is on its way. No second place...cause no one else flew. :P
* Why are you reading this? Aren't you supposed to be hungover from the holidays? :P
* Reminder to CMDR's! I'm still missing a pair of MSE's! Get them in soon, so that cranky BGCOM doesn't come a huffin' and a puffin' :P
* Cyric wants each Squadron to choose an official color for your squads. When you get one, email your choice to Stuart (he'd like the HTML color code for it too, if possible).
* Currently, there are two FL vacancies on the Challenge, Thunder 2-1 and Typhoon 3-1. If you're interested, see the CMDR of said Squadron.
* If you've been doing activity like SWG or Freeworlds, make sure you let your CMDR's know!

* The TO resigned this week. A new one shall be appointed shortly.
* The TAC resigned this week also, to be replaced by RA Frodo. Run away! :P
* Congrats to HA Pri on being named the next War Officer!

1. Off The Record! You are a journalist assigned the task of writing an article about the recent appointment of Ast to FC. The article has to be related to the event in some way. Submissions go to xo@emperorshammer.org, subject line of "Off the Record." Deadline is Jan. 31. 2. Wing X Recruitment Frenzy! The TCBG, and more specifically, the Wing, is pretty low on numbers at the moment. Time for a recruitment drive. Whomever can recruit the most amount of new members, be they RSV types or CT's, in the next month (up through Jan. 4) shall earn a IS-SR. IS-BR to the runner-up! 3. Boss the COM around! An unofficial comp, but if you can get a total of 5 wing members to "sign" a "petition" to get Stuart to do a certain activity (IE, fly 10 battles, create a battle, make up 40 trivia questions, etc.), he'll do it!
4. Wing X Propaganda Comp! The Challenge site ( http://isdchallenge.tcbg.net/ ) has a link for "About," where prospective pilots can read the History of the Challenge. Currently, it's blank, with the filler text and graphic that was put up when the site was created. For this comp, you are to write a form of Propaganda to be put on this page. In under 500 words, write something that will convince prospective drunken Wing X-ers to join up! Winner will receive a IS-SR, and their piece will be used on the site. Runner up gets a IS-BR. Any questions, feel free to ask 'em. Submissions go to me at coranel@isdchallenge.tcbg.net, while CC'ing your CMDR. Comp runs all month long. Got till Jan. 31 to get them in!
