Introduction

ECR
goes on. We had a great showing in Round 1. Waiting to get results for
it, and waiting for a clarification email from Bubba to announce the
Round 2 SP missions.
Secondly, congrats to CM Prost Varsis on getting Typhoon CMDR. It's not
a joke. Really. Prost actually applied for Phoon CMDR and got it. He's
no longer a LCM. No joke...I promise! :P
Finally, Tornado is still in need of a CMDR. Details are at

* A few people left us this week. MAJ Enzo Matrix is now a CMDR aboard
the ISD Vanguard, COL Domi has had to retire to the RSV's due to RL
engagements, LCM Ryan was AWOLed out of Inferno, and CPT Dujhod is
transferring from Inferno to the RSV's.
* Medals! Congrats to CPT Katherine Cantor Flyer on her BS, two ISMs,
and thirteen LoAs; MAJ Azurin Luna on her two LoAs; COL Sephiroth on
his LoA; CPT Alexi Stukov on his PC and LoA; COL Bill Kelso on his LoA;
MAJ Daniel Bonini on his ISM and two LoAs; MAJ Enzo Matrix on his six
LoAs; CM Alexander Shrike on his BS, two IS-BRs, and two ISMs; LT
Blenheim on his PC, two ISMs and two IS-BRs; LCM Phelan on his ISM; MAJ
Dirty Vader on his three LoCs and ISM; CPT Rover on his two ISMs; LT
Gward on his ISM; LT Dark Scorpius on his PC; and MAJ Elwood the Brave

First off, great job on round 1 of ECR. I hope
