Introduction

Things
are slowing down a bit from ECR. I have a pair of comps running, and
there is SSL for some squadrons.
A quick note to anyone besides myself who has a "@tcbg.net"
form of email address. This note from Bubba: "I'm currently in the
process of transferring TCBG.net to a new server (one that will allow
me to provide many more options for BGers and EHers in general). Mell
and I are currently working on getting hold of the actual TCBG.net
domain name from the old hosting company. Once that's done, it'll be
pretty easy to make the transition and there should be no noticeable
changes except for one - I will need to recreate all tcbg.net mailing
lists and email addresses. Let everyone you know who currently uses an
@tcbg.net email (or some variation) that they need to save any messages
they want to keep to their hard drives. I'll do my best to recreate all
of the old addresses, but all old messages *will* be lost."

Competitions

1. TIE Corps Battlegroup Training Night. The TCBG sponsored MP night.
Show up in IRC channel #EHCOC on Saturdays at 6pm GMT (1pm EST) to win
LoC's and DFC's!
2. I
need a Uniform! Basically, I need a new uniform since I've gotten a
promotion and medals since I uploaded my last one, and I don't feel
like making a boring one in TTT. Make one for me. Best submission by
end of the month (competition ends October 31) gets an IS-SR, runner-up
gets an IS-BR; and chances are, winning one will be up on my profile
for a while.
3. ISD
Challenge Post-ECR Recruitment Comp! ECR is over, and we could use yet
some more fresh blood to keep all our squadrons as active as possible.
Hence, a recruitment comp! The pilot who can recruit the most pilots
(SL's from the Daed and/or vets from the Phoenix) will win an IS-SR.
Runner-up will get an IS-BR.
